Bethal's Meatballs in Red Wine Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix first 10 ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
  3. Shape into small meatballs (Hors d'uvre size).
  4. Place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. While the meatballs are cooking place the last 3 ingredients (onion soup mix, wine and water) into a slow cooker.
  7. Stir until soup mix is dissolved.
  8. Set the slow cooker to low.
  9. When meatballs are finshed add them to the slow cooker let simmer 4-6 hours.
  10. Enjoy!
