Garlicky Mustard Chicken - Nuwave/Flavorwave Ovens

• 1 chicken breast
• 3 large lemons, juice of
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons garlic
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 1 teaspoon rosemary

1. Combine the above ingredients and marinate the chicken breast in it for 1-3 hours.
2. Toss on the NuWave rack and cook until tender and juicy.
3. (About 6-8 minutes per side).
