Extremely Simple Recipe! Western-style Okonomiyaki!

  1. Whisk the cake flour in water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and add in about 1 ladle worth of the batter.
  3. Add cabbage, pork, etc.
  4. on top of the batter.
  5. This time I used pork, shrimp, and an egg.
  6. Cover it with aluminum foil for 3-4 minutes, to steam-cook.
  7. Flip it over once the meat and eggs have warmed up.
  8. Cook for about 1 more minute, and it's done!
  9. Top with bonito flakes and aonori dried seaweed, okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, to taste and enjoy.
