Beer-Braised Pot Roast

  1. Prepare the roast by sprinkling black pepper, curry powder and sea salt on all sides and place in your slow cooker.
  2. Put your onions, apples salsa and garlic on top of roast.
  3. Add beer into the crock (I used Sam Adams Irish Red), put the lid on and cook on low heat for 8 hours or overnight!
  4. Enjoy this simple dish!
