Beer-Braised Pot Roast
- 3 pounds Chuck Roast
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 whole Jumbo White Onion, Chopped Or Diced
- 2 whole Apples (Fuji Or Gala; Cored And Diced)
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 bottles Good-quality Beer, 12 Ounce Bottle
- Prepare the roast by sprinkling black pepper, curry powder and sea salt on all sides and place in your slow cooker.
- Put your onions, apples salsa and garlic on top of roast.
- Add beer into the crock (I used Sam Adams Irish Red), put the lid on and cook on low heat for 8 hours or overnight!
- Enjoy this simple dish!
