Aunt Susan's Taco Soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 -1 12 lb ground beef
- 2 large onions
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans corn, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained
- 14 12 ounces diced tomatoes, NOT DRAINED
- Brown beef & onion in pan, drain grease.
- Mix all ingredients in crock-pot (including juice from tomatoes!
- ).
- Cook on high for about an hour, or low for a couple of hours.
- It will produce more liquid as it cooks so it won't be dry when you eat it.
- We eat ours with Scoops corn chips & throw some shredded cheese on top.
- Delicious!
