Buttery Herbed Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Peel, cube and rinse the potatoes and put them in a 9x7 baking pan (I used stainless steel).
  3. Pour all the rest of the ingredients over the potatoes and give them a good stir to coat.
  4. Put foil over potatoes nice and tight then place potatoes on the top rack.
  5. Cook for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
