Buttery Herbed Potatoes
- 2 lb Yellow potatoes (peeled)
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Peel, cube and rinse the potatoes and put them in a 9x7 baking pan (I used stainless steel).
- Pour all the rest of the ingredients over the potatoes and give them a good stir to coat.
- Put foil over potatoes nice and tight then place potatoes on the top rack.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
