Walla Walla Onion Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Grease a cookie sheet with shortening or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together; cut in shortening.
  4. Saute onions in butter until translucent.
  5. Add to flour mixture with milk.
  6. Mix until blended.
  7. Form dough into ball.
  8. Roll out on floured surface about 1/2 inch thick.
  9. Cut with biscuit cutter or knife and place on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake 15 minutes.
