Avery Island Wrap Recipe

  1. To make the wrap spread, combine garlic, 3 ounces of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce , chili pwdr, and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Hold refrigerated.
  3. To prepare marinade, combine the scallion and remaining 2 ounces Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
  4. Hold refrigerated.
  5. For each serving, spread 3/4 of one tortilla with 2 Tbsp.
  6. of wrap spread.
  7. Top with 5 ounces Tabasco Red Beans & Rice Mix, 1 oz green pepper, 2 Tbsp.
  8. marinated scallion, and 6 shrimp halves.
  9. Roll up tightly, ending with the uncovered portion of the tortilla.
  10. This recipe yields 12 servings.
