15 Minute Stroganoff Recipe

  1. Trim fat from meat and reserve.
  2. Cut meat diagonally across grain in very thin strips.
  3. Heat fat in skillet until you have about 3 Tbsp.
  4. melted fat (if necessary, add in butter); remove trimmings.
  5. Brown meat.
  6. Add in 2/3 c. water.
  7. Stir in soup mix.
  8. Heat to boiling.
  9. Blend lowfat sour cream and flour.
  10. Add in to warm mix.
  11. Cook and stir until mix thickens-sauce will be thim.
  12. Serve over noodles.
  13. Makes 5-6 servings.
