15 Minute Stroganoff Recipe
- 1 lb Round steak
- 1 env Onion soup mix
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
- Trim fat from meat and reserve.
- Cut meat diagonally across grain in very thin strips.
- Heat fat in skillet until you have about 3 Tbsp.
- melted fat (if necessary, add in butter); remove trimmings.
- Brown meat.
- Add in 2/3 c. water.
- Stir in soup mix.
- Heat to boiling.
- Blend lowfat sour cream and flour.
- Add in to warm mix.
- Cook and stir until mix thickens-sauce will be thim.
- Serve over noodles.
- Makes 5-6 servings.
