Homestyle Pizza Dough Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- Heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together flour, baking pwdr, salt, lowfat milk and 1/4 c. salad oil into bowl, stir vigorously till mix leaves side of bowl.
- Gather dough together and press into ball.
- Knead dough in bowl about 10 times to make smooth.
- Divide in half.
- Roll each half on floured surface to about 13" round.
- Brush with salad oil when in pan.
- Add in favorite toppings.
- Bake for 20 to 25 min.
