Dutch Cake Baby

  1. Set oven 425*
  2. Whisk eggs, Milk, zest in a bowl (make sure eggs and milk are at room temperature)
  3. Whisk in flour, until smooth
  4. Take a 9-10 cast iron pan and melt the butter when melted and still hot pour in the egg batter.
  5. Bake for 20min until golden brown.
  6. *Do not open oven when cooking it will deflate your cake.
  7. Once it's done sprinkle powdered sugar fruit or flavored jam slice and eat or just dig in cant forget a lemon wedge the juice is great on this ..
