No-Bake Lemon-Lime Bars
- 1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 2 limes, divided
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
- Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
- Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and lime juice until blended; spread onto crust.
- Beat pudding mixes, 2 tsp.
- lime zest and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- (Pudding will be thick.)
- Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip; spread over cream cheese layer in pan.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into 24 bars.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and lime zest before serving.
