Drunken Apricot Balls
- 1 cup turkish apricots, chopped
- 1/4 cup Amaretto liqueur
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 100g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, melted
- 100g flaked almonds, toasted
- Soak the apricots in the liqueur for 1 hour or until the alcohol is absorbed.
- Combine the Philly* and Toblerone until smooth.
- Stir through apricots and any remaining alcohol.
- Chill mix for 1 hour.
- Roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls and then roll the balls in the almonds to coat.
- Chill until serving.
