Citrus-Rice Salad
- 1-1/3 cups orange juice
- 1 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2-1/4 qt. cooked long-grain white rice
- 2-1/4 qt. cooked brown rice
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 cups slivered almonds
- 1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
- Mix orange juice and dressing in large bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients except oranges; mix well.
- Gently stir in oranges; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
