  4. Roll tightly.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  6. Garnish with dill.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.
  8. - For The Mini Savory Cheesecakes With Ham Mix cream cheese with all but three slices Serrano (or Prosciutto) and pepper.
  9. Slice remaining ham; set aside.
  10. Pulse in the food processor until just combined.
  11. Fill the pastry cups with cream cheese mixture.
  12. Garnish with pieces of ham and basil leaves.
  13. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.

  18. Spear 2 olives with each toothpick and top a sandwich with each.
  19. Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until serving time.
