Mixed Italian Panino
- 1 whole Ciabatta Bread Bun
- 2 Tablespoons Goat Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Gloria Spread
- 2 slices Prosciutto
- 4 slices Hot Genoa Salami
- 1 Ripe Tomato, Sliced
- 2 leaves Red Leaf Lettuce
- 1/4 cups Grated Asiago Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1.
- Preheat a panini grill on high.
- 2.
- Cut ciabatta loaf in half sandwich style.
- 3.
- On the cut side of one half spread goat cheese, on the other half spread Gloria spread.
- 4.
- Lay the prosciutto and salami on top of the goat cheese.
- 5.
- Place the tomatoes, lettuce and Asiago cheese on top.
- 6.
- Drizzle some olive oil over it and add a dash of salt and pepper.
- 7.
- Place the other half of the bun on top.
- 8.
- Place it in the grill and heat through until cheese melts.
- 9.
- If you dont have a grill use the oven and place some weight on top of the sandwich.
- 10.
- Cut and plate with some olives and tomatoes dressed with olive oil and oregano.
- 11.
- The next step is crucial.
