Honey Pecan Snaps

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter, shortening and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add honey, eggs and lemon juice, beat well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture.
  4. Fold in pecans.
  5. Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in sugar.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 350F (180C) for 12 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool 2 minutes, remove to wire racks.
