Layered Lemon-Grape Buttons
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- JELL-O EGG JIGGLERS Egg Mold
- 3 seedless grapes, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Spray inside of solid mold half with cooking spray; place on tray.
- (Top half of mold, with holes, will not be filled.)
- Spoon 1 tsp.
- gelatin into each prepared mold; top with 2 grape pieces.
- Refrigerate 20 min.
- Whisk sour cream into remaining gelatin; spoon over gelatin in mold.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Turn molds over, then shake gently to remove egg halves.
