Crockpot Shredded French Dip

  1. Place beef in a crockpot.
  2. Add beef broth, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, ground mustard, and pepper.
  3. Put the lid on and turn it on low to cook for 7 hours.
  4. Take beef out of the crockpot and place on a cutting board.
  5. Using a fork, shred the beef.
  6. Strain au jus (broth from the crockpot) into a bowl so that there are no large chunks.
  7. Slice rolls in half.
  8. Place 1/4 of the beef on each roll.
  9. Place au jus in 4 small individual bowls.
  10. Serve sandwiches and au jus together.
