Pomegranate and Mixed-Berry Smoothies

  1. Combine tofu, berries, pomegranate juice, and honey in a blender.
  2. Add ice; puree on high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. If the ingredients in your smoothie dont blend easily, simply add more liquid until everything incorporates.
  5. Adding some (or extra) banana will make any of these recipes thicker and creamier.
