Baked Rigatoni With Ham, Tomatoes And Feta Cheese Recipe
- 12 ounce Rigatoni
- 1 1/2 c. Diced ham
- 4 lrg Plum tomatoes, minced
- 1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter 13x9x2 inch baking dish.Cook pasta in boiling salted till just tender.
- Drain.
- Return to pot and fold in ham, tomatoes, feta and mozzarella cheeses, and thyme.
- Pour cream over.
- Mix well and pour into prepared baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 min.
- Uncover and stir to distribute cheeses proportionately.
- Cover again with foil and bake another 30 min.
- NOTES : Quick and very good.
