Crumble Top Rhubarb Pie

  1. In a large bowl beat the eggs well.
  2. Add the next 3 ingredients and mix.
  3. Add the rhubarb and mix.
  4. Pour rhubarb mix into an unbaked pie shell.
  5. Prepare the topping by mixing together the butter, flour and sugar.
  6. Crumble and sprinkle over the pie.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
