Crumble Top Rhubarb Pie
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 12-3 cups rhubarb
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup flour
- 13 cup sugar
- In a large bowl beat the eggs well.
- Add the next 3 ingredients and mix.
- Add the rhubarb and mix.
- Pour rhubarb mix into an unbaked pie shell.
- Prepare the topping by mixing together the butter, flour and sugar.
- Crumble and sprinkle over the pie.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
