Easy Cream Pasta for Lunch
- 1 serving's worth Pasta
- 400 ml Milk
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1 Spinach
- 1 Corn kernels
- 1 Boiling water
- 1/2 Soup stock cube
- 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
- 1 Salt
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Lightly stir-fry the chopped bacon in the frying pan.
- Add the milk and bring it to the boil.
- Break the spaghetti in half, add it to the pan, then add the stock cube.
- Cook the spaghetti for the length of time indicated on the package.
- It will boil down, so add a little boiling water when necessary.
- Add the butter, frozen corn and spinach half-way through.
- Season with salt and mix everything together.
- Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
- Season with lots of black pepper to finish!
- Mix it quickly in Step 3 so it doesn't boil down!
