Chicken and dumplings (full of veggies)

  1. Add chicken, chopped onions, minced garlic, and chicken broth to crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for an hour.
  3. Add in and stir all other ingredients except the biscuits, and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. (Leaving the chicken on the bottom)
  5. With a fork or tongs shred chicken into desired sized chunks, and cook on low for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut the biscuits into quarters and add to the crock pot.
  7. It helps if you make sure to dunk all the balls of dough under the liquid.
  8. Then continue to cook for 45 minutes to an hour.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
