Cumin Crisps

  1. Cut each pita circle into 4 wedges and transfer to a cookie sheet.
  2. Brush the tops of each of the pitas with a little olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle pitas, to taste, with the ground cumin and paprika.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until crisp.
  5. Serve with your favorite veggie dip.
