Creamsicle Fudge - Classic Canadian Fudge

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and cream to boil.
  2. Once boiling continue to boil 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add white morsels and marshmallow cream.
  5. Stir until morsels and cream melt thoroughly.
  6. Remove 1 cup (225 ml) of mixture; set aside.
  7. To remaining white fudge mixture add 3 tsp (15 ml).
  8. orange extractand food colorings and mix.
  9. Spoon white reserved mixture on top of orange batter, using a knife to swirl into fudge.
  10. Chill.
