Maryland-Style Crab Cakes

  1. Gently blend all ingredients, except the butter.
  2. Shape into 8 to 10 crab cakes and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab cakes until golden brown on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Serve with lemon wedges or an appropriate sauce.
