Blue Claw's Crab Marinara Recipe
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced sm.
- 1 (28 ounce.) can whole tomatoes, minced
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 ounce. Marsala wine
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 8 lg. blue claw's crabs, cleaned by removing shell, wash under water removing all insides
- 1 pound linguine
- Use a 4 qt saucepan.
- Place in extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
- Brown lightly on medium heat.
- Place in remaining ingredients except crabs.
- Heat on medium-high temperature till boiling, reduce heat to low.
- Let cook at boiling point 15 min, stirring frequently.
- Add in the crabs.
- Return to boil and cook for 20 min.
- Remove and serve.
- Serve over cooked linguine.
- Makes 4 servings.
