Curried Satay Puffs

  1. Heat a little oil in a frypan, cook onion and curry powder until onion is soft.
  2. Cook the beef until browned.
  3. Add peas, tomato and peanut butter and cook a further 3 minutes.
  4. Cut each sheet of pastry into four squares.
  5. Place heaped tablespoons of meat mixture onto pastry squares.
  6. Brush edges of pastry with egg and fold over to form a triangle.
  7. Pinch edges together to seal.
  8. Brush puffs with egg and bake at 210C for 20 - 25 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately.
