Turkey and Stuffing Cakes
- 2 cups leftover prepared STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix, any flavor
- 2 cups finely chopped leftover cooked turkey
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (or more to taste), finely minced
- dash salt and black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- Mix all ingredients except oil until well blended.
- Shape into 8 patties.
- Cook patties in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing.
