Five-Cheese Skillet Burgers

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients.
  2. Add 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
  3. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  4. Cook, covered, in nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  5. Turn burgers; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  6. Cook, uncovered, 5 min.
  7. or until burgers are done (160F).
  8. Serve in buns.
