  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Brown turkey with onion, red peppers, garlic and spices
  3. Remove from heat and stir in salsa
  4. Cut crust into 4 equal parts
  5. Add meat mixture to half of each pizza crust
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of cheese to each pizza crust
  7. Fold each crust over and secure tightly
  8. Brush tops with egg whites and season according to Ur taste.
  9. I like a bit of parmasean and oregano
  10. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place on sheet
  11. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy
