Macaroni Au Gratin
- 1 (7 ounce) package macaroni
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 14 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces shredded Velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour until well blended.
- Gradually add milk; bring to a boil.
- Cook and stir for 2 minutes; reduce heat.
- Add cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and mustard; stir until cheese melts.
- Pour over macaroni and mix well.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake uncovered, at 375 degees for 30 minutes.
