Hot Chicken or Turkey Salad
- 4 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 23 cup almonds, chopped
- 2 cups celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- Mix all ingredients except cheese, and potato chips and pat into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Cover, refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Top with the cheese and chips.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
