Lamb Burgers

  1. Mix lamb and spice mix in a bowl with your hands until well combined.
  2. Divide into 4 portions and shape each into a 12cm patty.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a bbq plate, frying pan or grill pan over medium heat and spray with oil.
  5. Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Split pocket breads about halfway through.
  8. Fill with rocket, tomato and patties.
  9. Serve with yoghurt.
