Almond Roca

  1. Put first four ingredients in a pan and cook to hard crack stage (290), stirring constantly.
  2. Pour into buttered pie tin or 10 inch cake (round or square).
  3. Cool, turn out and break into pieces.
  4. Coat with melted chocolate chips and roll in nuts.
