Super cheese chicken casserole
- 16 oz hashbrowns
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cheese soup (Campbells)
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cheese
- Bake chicken on a sheet pan for 20 minutes (or until done) at 400 and season to taste
- Combine hashbrowns, soups, onion, sour cream in separate bowl
- Put chicken in bottom of casserole dish
- Pour hashbrowns mixture on top of the chicken
- Sprinkle cheese over the top
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes the broil for 3 minutes to form a crunchy top
- Can substitute beef for chicken if desired.
