Cheesy Rice 'n Tomatoes

  1. Heat dressing in small saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 minute or until tender.
  3. Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minute
  6. Add cheeses and parsley; stir until blended.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand, covered, 5 minute before serving.
