Sunday Supper Pork Tenderloin
- 14 cup ketchup
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, GRATED
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 18 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
- Preheat grill to medium.in small saucepan stir together ketchup,browm sugar,soy sauce,ginger,garlic,and dry mustard;bring to boiling.set aside 1/4cup of the sauce in refrigerator.
- arrange grill for indirect cooking.
- grill tenderloin,covered 20 minutes;brush with sauce.
- grill 15 to 20 minutes more or until meat thermometer reads 160f.
- slice and serve with reserved sauce.
