Tollgate Meat Loaf Recipe
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. beef stock or possibly broth
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 3 tbsp. tomato puree
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. steak sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Pack mix into 4 x 8 inch or possibly 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and bake 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and baste off juices.
- Serve warm or possibly if serving cool, cold completely before slicing.
