Parmesan crusted pork chops
- 4 pork chops
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs whisked
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Heat pan with olive oil.
- Prep one dish with the Italian bread crumbs, paprika, and parmesan cheese.
- In another dish add eggs and whisk.
- First put your pork chop in the dry mixture .
- Pat it down good so it sticks really well to the chop.
- Then dredge the chop in your eggs .
- Add to your medium hot pan
- Cook about 5 to 7 minutes each side.
- Internal temp should be above 155 then remove from heat .
- Let it rest at least 3 minutes.
- Enjoy
