Greek Hand Pies

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  3. Stir in garlic, Greek seasoning, and salt.
  4. Add zucchini and olives and continue cooking until zucchini just starts to soften.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Roll out each piecrust and cut in half.
  7. Spoon a generous amount of filing onto one half of each pie crust half.
  8. Top with about 1 tablespoon of feta cheese.
  9. Fold dough over filling and crimp edges with a fork or pinch with your fingers.
  10. Place on a baking sheet.
  11. Continue with the rest of the pie dough and filling.
  12. Brush each pie with egg wash.
  13. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Remove.
  15. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
  16. For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  17. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
