Delicious Plump Shrimp with Mayonnaise Sauce
- 20 Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 from 1 egg Egg white
- 1 Salt, pepper
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Condensed milk
- Peel the shrimp and mix in a small amount of salt (not listed), then wash well under running water.
- Add shrimp and coat with the whisked egg white.
- Add 1 tablespoon of katakuriko and mix lightly Do not over mix!
