Cheese and Salami centred bread.
- 8 slice salami
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese
- 400 grams bread dough
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp butter
- Roll out the dough using the flour to make sure that it doesn't stick.
- Place the salami on the dough followed by the cheese.
- Close the dough and pinch the top close.
- Set aside to rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
- Place in a greased oven pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes.
