Ramen Salad
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 box sesame seeds
- 1 pkg. almonds, sliced
- 8 green onions
- 2 pkg. chicken
- sesame Ramen noodles, cooked and drained without seasoning mix in, noodles chopped
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 6 tbsp. rice vinager
- Seasoning mix from Ramen Noodles
- Mix lettuce, onions, chicken and noodles.
- Set aside.
- Mix dressing ingredients.
- Refigerate for 3-4 hours for flavoring to come out.
- When ready to serve mix dressing in salad.
- Add your almonds and seseme seeds.
- Serve.
