Dattelkuchen
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs, divided
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 200 g dates, seeded
- 14 teaspoon orange blossom water
- Cream the sugar and butter together.
- Add eggs, one at time.
- Add flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Put dates on bottom of butter and paper pan; spray Pam.
- Put dates on bottom.
- Put orange water in dough; pour dough over dates.
- Bake in 325 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes or until done.
- If necessary, tent with aluminum foil.
