Coconut Chutney Curry

  1. Grind grated coconut, green chillies, four small shallots & ginger by adding a little water.
  2. Heat a pan.
  3. Add the ground mixture into it.
  4. Do not boil!
  5. Heat coconut oil.
  6. Add mustard seeds.
  7. After one minute add dried chillies, chopped shallots & curry leaves.
  8. Saute.
  9. When the shallots turn brown, add asafoetida powder.
  10. Then add the sauteed ingredients to the chutney.
  11. Add salt to taste.
  12. Stir.
