Chicken Kabobs & Rice
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 5 large fresh s
- 1/2 medium red onion, cut into large chunks
- 3 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1/3 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 , Favorite Flavor
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) , favorite flavor
- Place chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions into shallow container.
- Coat with Italian dressing; cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
- About 15 min.
- before serving, heat grill.
- Skewer chicken and vegetables; arrange kabobs on grill and cook about 10 min., turning 2 to 3 times.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve kabobs over rice.
- ENJOY JELL-O and kiwi with whipped topping.
- Serve meal with CRYSTAL LIGHT.
