Italian Mushroom Salad
- 150g button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
- 100g sliced hot or mild salami, chopped
- 200g bag lettuce mix
- Combine mushrooms, capsicum and onion, pour over dressing, cover and marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Pan fry salami for 5 minutes or until crisp.
- Drain on absorbent paper.
- Place lettuce mix on a platter.
- Top with marinated mushroom mixture and marinade.
- Garnish with salami and serve.
