Crispy and Juicy Deep-Fried Chicken Breasts

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-2 cm thick cylinder shapes.
  2. Place the chicken into a bowl and rub in the ingredients.
  3. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken with flour, beaten egg, and panko, in that order.
  5. Deep-fry in 170-180C oil until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve on a dish and optionally top with tartar sauce.
