Crispy and Juicy Deep-Fried Chicken Breasts
- 400 grams Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Flour, beaten egg, panko
- 1 Oil for deep-frying
- 1 (as needed), Tartar sauce (optional)
- Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-2 cm thick cylinder shapes.
- Place the chicken into a bowl and rub in the ingredients.
- Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken with flour, beaten egg, and panko, in that order.
- Deep-fry in 170-180C oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve on a dish and optionally top with tartar sauce.
